Version 3.9.6 released

We have released version 3.9.6, this uses the latest Microsoft Access 2010 runtime version and has some minor enhancements.
You now can see which customer has overdue samples in the customer list and how many samples are out and overdue in the sample list.
Minimum Windows requirement is Windows XP SP3 or later
