Privacy

The privacy of your customer data is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Use the Unsubscribe option Unsubscribe to remove your email address from our newsletter database 

Trial licences are emailed to an email address, you do not need to subscribe to our newsletter.

Purchasing a licence

When you purchase a licence, you will receive a sales licence that will give you 60 days to use the product.
You need to make sure that we are able to receive and process your payment within this time as the product will otherwise stop functioning.
After the payment has been processed we will issue you with a unlimited time license.

Software support
We stand behind our product and will correct any software bugs free of charge if this within our power.
We will also try to solve any issues that are caused by third party software but this may result in a charge.
If we cannot resolve a particular issue we may refund you any money paid at our discretion.
