Version 4.5 released
Last week we released version 4.5.
This version has improved user security when sharing the database with multiple businesses / people. Users can be assigned power user privileges in different areas while others can only see their own data.
We also added data import functionality, if you already have a system or have multiple locations that use Ezy Sample Tracker, you can now upload this data yourself....

Version 4.0 released
We are pleased to finally released version 4.0.

Ability to control printing to specific printers for selected reports.

Version 3.9.6 released
We have released version 3.9.6, this uses the latest Microsoft Access 2010 runtime version and has some minor enhancements.
You now can see which customer has overdue samples in the customer list and how many samples are out and overdue in the sample list.
Minimum Windows requirement is Windows XP SP3 or later...

Version 3.9 released
We have added:
Additional reporting options, print customer receipt to POS printer, this reduces time to print by 10-15 sec. compared to the average laser printer.
Email loan history to related sales rep.
Export option for customer data for Microsoft Outlook and export to Microsoft Excel.
Samples can now be loaned against contacts from a customer.
Print courier labels from the loan form and customer list.
Export sample list to Microsoft Excel.
Ability to move (consolidate) sample tags....
